Could be interesting if the download included several saves along the way, because 25 real time h of simulation is quite the time and if you didn't do a very safe substrate, there's a noticeable possibility of downloading an empty substrate at the end, which would be definetly not fun for something ...

Do not use Incubate on Breeding II. As you said, it kills the progress. You have to take a much more focused approach. Would you be interested in a Video Walkthrough of the challenge? It would take a lot of processing power, I believe I'm not a programmer. Either way you could create a "map". Sort of like a Genome preview but for the substrate in the substrate tab. It would be a screen that highlights the substrate/s within the mother one. And that also lets it be dragg...
