Tail Swimmer: DeathSpin-proof Smart Swimmer

I have created the tail swimmer. It has 2 flagellocytes that almost have no angle at all. It has a tail that it uses to eat and find food. One advantage of this design is that it NEVER (Or maybe super rarely) gets into the infamous death spin! I got it to complete Scarce Condtions 2, although I did ...

Parasitialga Bibranchis: Parasitic Algae

I have created a parasitic algae, or Parasitialgae Bibranchis. It parasitizes another photosynthetic nitrate thingy, which I have named Microfunga Nitrum. Here is the substrate, the parasitialga is the cyan glueocyte.

Swimmer layout bank

Other than ideas for creations, I thought I would start a layout bank for swimmers, smart or dumb. I often run out of layout ideas when trying to create a smart swimmer.

Re: Simple Tree

Seems quite interesting! Try find a way to attach this to a surface plant, and I suggest to make the nitrocytes not as a part of the organism, but as another organism in a symbiotic relationship with the root, like many real plants today. Nice idea! I'll need to make a "nitrate moss" first that the...

Simple Tree

I have created a simple tree/fern algae. It lives in sunlit environments with no nitrates. It doesnt have a way to propagate yet, I'm planning to make it have a rhizome.

Nitrate transfer suggestion (simple)

What about that organisms can also get nitrates via devorocyte? This would make carnivorous plants a "useful" thing. And what about that lipocytes also store nitrates?

Re: Floralgae Species

Interesting reproduction cycle!, and you dont clog the substrate with alot of photocytes. I'm particulary fond of Floralgae Rhizoma. The shape is based on ginger i guess? ;) . I first taught it was Rhizopus sp. Nah I didnt base it on anything, just some random shape I found cool and plant-lik...

Floralgae Species

I have 2 species of Floralgae, Floralgae Rhizoma and Floralgae Seedum. You can guess by the name. There are many color variations possible. I found these colors funny. Floralgae Seedum needs a large container while Floralgae Rhizoma needs a long container. Floralgae Rhizoma Floralgae Seedum I will b...

A leg with glueocyte detachment. (Hard) A stationary organism that detects when prey is near then extends a tentacle that gives the prey cyanide then the tentacle eats up the remains. (Medium-Hard) A predator that emits viruses that mark prey with a specific color for the predator to detect and chas...
