Re: Cell angle instead of child angle

Nice and simple, but im too used to changing angles from it's parents cell. It helps new users (as well as older ones) understand the structure of the organism and how it behaves. But i do agree the genome editor can be tweaked a little bit more to make things somehow easier, but maybe not too much ...

Re: Ciliocyte

Still, its really hard to use ciliocytes even after knowing how to program it :( . From my experiments, i think ciliocytes are more "dangerous" than cyano-secrocytes because they litterally kill any organism (including itself) when they touch other organism/walls because they grind eachother and bre...

Re: 64: Nanobot

Update guys, i still havent able to solve this challenge, but i can feel im really close to getting there. A few things i notice about [ possible spoiler alert dont read if you want to solve the challenge by yourself] It seems that the "skin" parent cells are m8, which produce the m1 skin cells. I f...

Re: 64: Nanobot

I have some experience in making smart organism so making a "rover" type of organism that use ciliocytes would be possible. I have a 2x4 smart rover that can crawl on the bottom of a plate with gravity, so it shouldnt be that hard to raise it up abit and attach a virus module. The layout would be li...

Re: How Neurocytes, Stereocytes, Senseocytes, Stemocytes work

Never had any experience on real progamming though :( . The only programs i wrote are .bat files that i wrote on notepad to call certain applications and thats about it (also cell programming hehe).

Im currently trying to translate Cell Lab to my language though ;)

Re: Idea Bank 2.0

That idea is cool :) . I imagined a few functions that such organism might have but it might be close to impossible (for me) to implement. I imagined it a swimmer that have 3 pairs / 6 senseocytes and a neurocyte to translate signals, also maybe a protected structure with keratinocytes and it get en...

Re: Stabilizer

Nice! This use the same function as Z2Z's space organism right?. One thing i found that was quite funny was CL cells are really sensitive to movement (especially by tweezers). If i moved the modules to fast i will yank it right off the stem. Then it gets quite interesting: because of the spinning mo...

Re: Space???

Me too, after downloading the file it came up as a note file or something and wont open in CL. But i guess the organism is the one in your avatar?. It would be interesting to see how it can handle highspeed impacts in "space" enviroment (low visc.) like you say. Also i wonder is it possible to imple...

Re: Gamete Eaters

Thank you! :D. Yes, i got the idea from Megathosto's stomach swimmers and scaled it down (from radius 2 to radius of 1). I got a few trouble playing with even number of sensory cells, so i made it that way. Besides, from my experience trying to make cellular-reactors, the larger the fusion area, the...
