I have a simple solution
A 2 mode organism that moves via cell farts
M1 splits into M1 and M2 (M1 is the cell fart)
M2 splits into M2 and M1 (M2 is the cell fart)
M1 Is a Phagocyte and M2 is a Secrocyte that emits Lipase
Both modes split at 15°, when above 1.15ng

I've read all of the stuff above and I still can't figure it out, can someone help?
When you say you "can't figure it out", do you mean you have designed an organism, but it can't beat the challenge? Or you don't know how to design an organism?

Three cells are essential here: Flagellocyte, Phagocyte, Secrocyte (emitting lipase).

See if you can build a swimmer using those three cell types. Then see if you can make it capable of reproducing. Finally, optimize and/or evolve it enough to reach the challenge objectives.
You're half-wrong
You can beat this challenge with the genome I described above, that has 0 Flagellocytes
Everything else is fine

Split ratio?

This doesn't work I tried

It does work, though I don't really recommend it since it's a more advanced 'tech' to use in-game.

Hey, instead of getting witty comebacks and organisms that dont work, can this forum actually function and help me, and by help me I mean give me instructions on how to make thos creature

Of course, we can :) There are actually quite good ones on the first page. In short:

Put your Lipase producing Secrocyte in front of your Phagocyte.
Protect your organism from the Lipase either by a Keratinocyte or by distance.
Have your organism swim slow enough so that it can first uncoat the nutrient chunk and then absorb it.

You'll need to have something to uncoat the reddish fat-coated food, which is Lipase secreted by Secrocytes. Though these Secrocytes do help you obtain food and let the Phagocyte absorb it, it poses a long-term danger to the organism. You'll need something to protect the organism from being in contact with the Lipase-secreting Secrocyte. Prolonged contact with the Secrocyte will lead to accidental ruptures among your cells. You can protect these cells by either putting a Keratinocyte inbetween the cells and the Secrocyte, or making use of Adhesin Length (if unlocked already).

Applying these to a basic swimmer will give you a solution already. Execution still matters though.

cmon it is easy, just swimmer, eating, keratino, and an uncoater.

It isn't easy if you don't have a background about it at all. ;)
