version 98

Post by Petter » Sun Apr 29, 2018 12:14 am

Although version 97 is rolled out to 20 % there were some smaller issues I've now had time to fix. It is so far only to beta but if all goes well I hope to roll this out too and finally reach 100%. Quite a bit of changes though so it might need another fix update before then.

I thought the information of the link could be added to the wiki.

I just wonder if these mini-versions in the beta counts as versions that should be added. Or is it more like the version to be added should be the one after the beta?

The welcome popup still says 97 :-)

Also (it might have started in 97) on the genome editor I see one line of the substrate in the genome preview.

And my language still changes to German sometimes.

I was suffering with the same problem. A vertical opening reveals a pixel-wide view of the substrate when in the genome editor tab..

Could you provide a screenshot of the extra pixels? Does it happen all the time?

@Nayus, I'll probably just add the version after the beta, too much work to add everything

At the very left of the preview area, there's a thin line where you could see through the genome editor and into the substrate..

Yeah, it's a bit subtle on a still but when something is moving through that area you can actually see the movement on that line.

At first I thought my phone was the one causing the problem but when I just know that not only me experiences it, I was relieved..

Thanks for the image. The fact that the cells are rendered when they are off screen is kind of disturbing. Such a waste.

"that not only me experiences it, I was relieved.." I feel the opposite :P. Anyone else experience this too?
