Start off in Slow mode to clearly see transformation.
Based off a sexual organism. The female base starts at mode 10. It has two viruses that alter its mode 14. One attacks 14 directly. The other attacks its parent cell. 14 is activated by S1 and produces only females (red stemo at mode 14).

I altered the organism by replacing its mode 14 with a Blue secrocyte (male) emitting S1. Then i used it Viral mode 6 to infect the original female.

Due to the double virus effect on mode 14 what happens is an "incomplete" infection where the infected female alternates between red stemo and blue secro states. This "fertilizes" her red stemo 14 and she produces a female. The original infected organism then both reproduces and fertilizes the new female as it alternates sexes. And it also transfers the blue secrocyte gene to some of the new females permanent turning them "male".
Viral interplay allow virgin females ( not infected) to infect males and turn them into infected females that then reproduce.
So there it is s proof of concept. You can use viruses to make an organism produce genetically Differrent Organisms. Transgenic you might say.

To see it in action just start at mode 20. Then alter the 16 Stem to go to 1 at 2.30 on S1. Leave 10 spot alone. It will then produce either male or female after fertilization. Change 14 stemo color. Use its 6 virus to infect an original female and you,ll see her stemocyte color altetnate. If she is fertilized she will produce offspring with either color stemocyte. and the occasional daughter will be born that is born already oscillating stemo colors.

If it dies immediately just reload. That chaos factor on the substrate is at work

The default phagocyte can smother them to extinction, considering the environment they're in.

On ocassion thats tru. However. There is no default phago. That is mode 19. Its whst 14 turns to when exposed to s1. It only happens when a female touches a male. Or when a male is infected by a female to produce males or a female is infected by a female to produce females. If its reproducing constantly then its viral reproduction. It it just reproduces once it normal touch secro teproduction. Red is the egg and blue is the sperm. If production of males or females falls due to infection levels the species dies....meaning it tends toward viral reproduction to be successful.
