Cell that can move things.

Could you add a cell that has little controlable "arms" that can manipulate other cells?

There is the Flagellocyte that can move attached cells, the Glueocyte that can "grab" cells and the Myocyte is coming that behaves like a muscle.

Also, a Buoyocyte moves attached cells when the effects of density and gravity are present; the Virocyte can alter the genome of infected cells and make them move differently; the Neurocyte in the upcoming version affects the behavior / movement of attached cells according to programmable settings; and a Secrocyte can secrete "smells" and toxins that affect the behavior / movement of other cells as well. No "arms," but plenty of ways for one cell to "manipulate" another cell's movement. ;)

Perhaps more options for the secrocyte (something to paralyze mussels and flaglocytes) or something that shoots bits of food detected by unprotected cells that act like virocytes (bacteria use them).

Maybe the ability to create a wall, or make adhesion stronger, to prevent cells traveling through some adhesions, and something secrocytes could release to break down walls into food.

But you already can make adhesin stronger. For the rest I don't understand what you mean.

Cells can be forced through adhesions. Make a ring of attached cells, and place other fast growing cells inside. Cells will start to seep out of the ring.
