And split mode:Mass or Age

Is it a good idea if a gluecyte that stick to certain cell mode / color by cell molecule signal? Also applied to devoro

Well it may only stick to certain cell only for gluecreature and for predator, it will attract and suck to certain cell

And 2 modes of radiation:
Normal/Default Radiation: Just randomly mutate and change stuff
Advanced Radiation: Example: Most cell would change into photocyte when there were alot of light amount, devorocyte would appear when cell population is crowded, flagellocyte appear when food is low-medium and etc

But that's what's happening already anyway. I don't understand what this advanced radiation should achieve that's not already happening by natural selection.
