Something wrong with this? (bug?)

Post by Raven » Mon Nov 02, 2015 1:55 am

I am not sure if this is intentional, but it is slightly annoying. I make a substrate with lots of light , then place one of these on it. It is a few photocytes that split into lipocytes. I made it to test some devorocyte like stuff. Anyway, it works fine and slits up into the right formation. However, after a bit the lipocytes just die, without a cause. A while later so do the photocytes. Here is the genome. https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B9Bivt ... Y4OWs/view

Is it intentional? or a bug?

Cells are programmed to die at some point, I don't remember if it's 20h or 60h for lipocytes, the point, unless there is a bug, doesn't exist yet a cell that longs more than 60h without dividing, doesn't matter how much energy or mass they have

Hmmm, ok. I guess I will have to figure something else out for this then.

What's the challenge/substrate your were trying to solve with this genome?
I'm interested on trying too, if you want of course ;) good luck

I was tying to build a parasitical devorocyte. This genome was the host for it.
