Does luck influences the game

Post by CandyYAHFT » Tue Nov 03, 2015 11:14 pm

I just wanted to know, because sometimes you do everything the same way, even user-created challenges sometimes, if you let them running without radiation, for some reason, different things often happen, but for official challenges this doesn't happen, and if you do the same the same will finally happens, but I was recently thinking about it, and I think the aleatory spreading of nutrients in the experimental Lab, could be the thing that causes this mysterious, but this is regular in the official challenges

Petter is the one to answer on this, but likely yes. Even if it is set up exactly the same, there are still some random stuff. There are also stuff like minor differences in how it is calculated that come out different in simulations like this.

Luck influences mutations and food placement, everything else should be deterministic iirc.
