Since Dropbox seems to be very popular for sharing genomes and substrates, why not allow Cell Lab to share through more apps? I only have the ability to share them through e-mail, but why not allow sharing through Dropbox, Google Drive or even apps like WhatsApp? This would make it a lot more convenient and therefore make it more attractive to upload and share files.
This is a great idea, in first place because uploading and downloading additional things is the most attractive feature, it makes a lot of people stay with the game, a virtually infinite amount of new challenges can be done via the user-created challenges
PEACE & LOVE,
You can always just send it then download it, then send it through whatever you want.
I'm aware of that, but if the files could be shared through other programs directly, such as Dropbox, that would save the user time and hassle.Raven wrote:You can always just send it then download it, then send it through whatever you want.
When I hit the share button on my phone, it pops up a list of stuff. (this includes Skype and google drive). I don't personally have Dropbox, but it might be on the list?
That's weird, I don't get those.
Huh. I have a nexus 5. Maybe something to do with the phone/tablet? Might be able to make a workaround for it, but more built in sharing options would be nice.Droefkalkoen wrote:That's weird, I don't get those.
