New sense type (smell)

Hi y'all,
I was making a substrate with low nutrient rate but large chunk size, with smart macrofages, and they produce eggs (lipocytes) and (this happens a lot) most of the organism dies, but the lipocyte stays alive because it was recently divided and so it isn't old yet, and then the plate becomes full of it and this makes the cell count go up for no reason...
I made a predator that feeds on those eggs, by color, but it would be awesome if there was a Sense type: "Cell Type" and it could feel the cell that we select, in this case lipocyte. So even if the "egg" changes color it still follows it.

What are your opinions?

I also need a new smell type which is cell type this could be very helpful.
