Here anything Cell Lab related that doesn't fit into the other topics can be discussed.

Actually you can just search in Cell Lab Fandom in "Cell Types" category

Senseocytes detect the presence of a stimulus. Stereocytes basically do the same but with a differentiation between left or right of the cell. If the stimulus is left of the Stereocyte it produces a positive signal (if you've set the slider to a positive value) and if it's on the right side, the Stereocyte produces the negative equivalent of the signal. The Senseocyte always produces the positive signal (if set to a positive value).

So, senseocyte detects a little bit on each side and just can generate positive signal and stereocyte detect the sides right and left and can have negative signals?

Senseocyte can also be set to create a negative signal if you set the slider to a negative value. It just can't detect any direction while the Stereocyte can.
