Just wanted to confirm that it's nothing with your substrate in general :P

All the settings are okay, there is even the "only point out mutations" checked even tho radiation is off ^^

Thanks Lennart! I'll add this to the initial post as well.

Here's the genome for the prey species. Insert the species and let the cell count increase to about 400 (that's how many the challenge substrate has).

If it seems like it's easy to kill them all with a predator, there's probably still something wrong with the substrate or genome. If it seems like it's really hard to kill them all, it's working correctly ;)

"Only point mutations" -- not "point out" -- means that, if radiation is turned on, the cell types and modes will not be changed but the point values of the cell settings will be.

I don't think there should be compatibility issues. This is odd. Does anyone else with version 62 experience any missing cells?

Tried different strategies now. Couldnt get any to work yet.

Anything that comes close but doesn't get every last one? Try setting Salinity to max. I initially had it set there and may have increased difficulty too much by reducing it.

Did you solve it at that reduced Salinity?

I was able to solve it on max Salinity with a non smart solution totally disregarding the high speed of the prey ;)

Same solution just cleared the reduced Salinity substrate :) Just took about 4,6k h
