Impossible Conditions

Post by K-man » Fri Sep 14, 2018 12:52 am

Our scientists have engineered the harshest environment possible. Can you get something to survive on it?
Objective: get 200 total cells (including devourocytes)
Allowed cells: all
Difficulty: superhuman ai
Max cells inserted: 5
Feel free to post solutions.
Substrate: https://www.dropbox.com/s/a3x80hhs4vxbs ... trate?dl=0
Hint: Even though there is coated food, try using the devourocytes as a food source.

What do you mean? The substrate is survivable. I'm trying to solve it.

Prove that an organism can survive.

Its somehow a combination of Slippery Slope, Digestion, And a challenge that you need to use devourocytes as food source.
Here's some Cons: (This is not nonsense but it would actually make a coincidence)

- Slippery Slope's AI was active so we can use glueocytes. Problem is Devourocytes is killing the glueocytes
- Digestion's AI was also active, we can also use the digestion solution, but it may be risky.
- Making it very hard by adding devourocytes makes the challenge impossible to solve.

That's all what I have to say.
For every failure has made. Try and try again and Success will be achieved

Most of the devourocytes have high nutrient priority, so just using gluocytes won't work. A protected devourocyte can eat an unprotected one, but the viscosity keeps them from sticking together long enough. Using both cells is a challenge, because you can't really bring a cell towards the devourocyte while it's stuck on the gluocyte.

The salinity's too high for an organism to survive. Even if mine can effectively eat food it can't survive long enough to eat more because of the salinity. Basically if you picked Devourocytes as your food source, your organism will die due to the lack of salinity. If you chose coated food, the amount is already decent.
