What differences do brained organisms have from non-brained organisms?

The brain organism has a neurocyte. The neurocyte is used to combine different signal substance and turn it into another signal substance that will be used by organism.
It can be also used to extend the signal substance to reach other parts the organism.
Have a nice day! :)
