Peerfecter... typo?
I don't follow. We don't want the amoeba to have a more rigid shape. Part of the idea of an amoeba is that it changes shape, and it needs a weak shape to do that.

Re: Flower
Reproducing and/ or finding food before molting shouldn't be a problem. You could do it with one organism with a sequence of Stereocytes, or you could have one swimmer alternately produce flower seekers and new swimmers, or ypu could gave smart eggs or dimorphism so they become flower seekers only w...

I've seen you do this quite a bit, but why do you write "meh thinks" instead of "methinks"?

The explanation of Virocytes on the wiki is very good and very useful.

Re: Amoeba
It is a popular request. Ameboid is better. Yeah, there might be some critics, but it is working out well at this point. Yeah, I thought resorption via Glueocyte was a nice touch. The Glueocyte is no longer exposed: it is inside the ring, sort of like an organ. And... no longer using any Photocytes ...

Re: Wire-like cell
This is just a little test. An S2 Senseocyte with -30 output signals through 16 cells to a Neurocyte that generates +S1 from negative S2. +S1 will turn the Stemocyte attached to the Neurocyte red. https://www.dropbox.com/s/d64iwu9twbtkvmb/signal%20test%2016%20block.substrate?dl=0 You would definitel...

Re: Amoeba
Okay, I think this one is final. Most significant change is lower Viscosity to get more changes in shape from the amoebas. https://www.dropbox.com/s/kag27ot2lcxyyiu/amoeba%20yellow%20f.substrate?dl=0 Sure would be cool to use a Myocyte foot mechanism. I tried and it's sort of possible to get it work...

Re: Flower
The flowers are a separate genome than the bees, right? A really awesome variation would be not to use a Virocyte. Have the bee go to the male flower for nutrients, and with the nutrients the swimmers cells split to begin the search for the female flower. Then the bees wouldn't just be a victim but ...
