Re: Digestion
It does work, though I don't really recommend it since it's a more advanced 'tech' to use in-game.

Re: Friction II
I can confirm Alast 's words; it is possible to finish the challenge with Snap Values ticked on. I only used the essentials to build my solution (Nitrocyte for Nitrate Production to enable continous splitting (or any other cell type for egg-laying), Phagocyte for cell nutrition, Myocyte for locomoti...

Re: Steam version questions
I'm surprised that though it wouldn't benefit him that much on making the PC version, he still tries to do it. He's got almost nothing in return and he still did us a favor to accept some requests.
Kudos, Petter.

Re: Steam version questions
It wouldn't be a simple game if it takes a long time to get an update, ain't it?

'Previewed' Cell Type Functions
This idea popped up in my head when Sandbox Mode idea was introduced in the forums. This previews of how cell types work would be like a tiny window that shows the pertained cell type and another cell type that it could work with. It could be accessed by a button or something to avoid it consuming t...

Re: "Sandbox" Mode.
This still isn't a valid reason for Sandbox Mode, though I kinda like the concept of it. As Petter said, you'll be left with new cell types with no knowledge to it or be forced to learn it through the challenges. Regarding Digestion, experiment with the new secretion type called 'Lipase' from the Se...

Re: Steam version questions
I'll have to disagree on that. Yes, Greenlight did abandon the PC version of Cell Lab but Petter, as a solo developer, is now trying to make the PC version that almost everyone has been requesting. It also has been revealed that some new things may be compatible to the PC version and incompatible to...

Re: Will it live by then?
It's better to test it to configure the settings rather than relying heavily on the editor's predictions.
