Floaters
Difficulty: PhD
Progress: Unlocks gene Glueocyte, Ciliocyte and further challenges
Description: A new cell is available. The Buoyocyte has a compartment that can contain a liquid of a different density than other cells. See if you can use it to create life on this substrate which has been oriented vertically so that cells are slowly sinking to the bottom of it. 350 cells should indicate that they can live and reproduce.
Win Conditions: 350 or more user cells
Hint: You will need to lower the density setting of your Buoyocytes

Floaters
Re: Floaters
New to this hard but awesome game! I think I made something that would work..it does with more light lol. How do I make things replicate at a faster rate?
Re: Floaters
I need help with this challenge,anyone know how to beat it?
Re: Floaters
The most easiest solution is here:
Step 1:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
M1:
Cell type:Photocyte
Make adhesain:ON
Child 1:M2
Child 2:M3
Inintal:ON
M2:
Cell type:Buoyocyte
Split mass:Never
Density:ρH2O-300Kg/m3(-3.00)
M3:
Cell type:Photocyte
Split angle:135
Make adhesain:ON
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Step 2:
Place a M1 cell at the top and incubate.

Solution for challenge.
M1 splits to M1 and M2 when has mass of ~2.5 and makes adhesin. M2 splits to M2 and M1 when has mass of ~2 and makes adhesin. M1 is Photocyte, M2: Buoyocite.
