It'll be fun to play with once you've got a working template. Even if the challenge can't be finished with the template, it opens up more possibilities and variations that could potentially be one of the solutions.

I don't know how to solve it. I have tried with organizm which have miocytes but signalisation was so bad that it cannot be selective. Please help!

If you are sensing the black cells you're on the right path. you just need the good orientation and fine tuning.
