Actually you can just kill the virocytes with the keratinocyte. Just place the keratin near the virocyte so the keratin kills it

I found an even easier way - put your non-black keratinocyte really close to the glueocyte in front of your swimmer(?) and let them "eat the glueocytes! (Cell will be eaten if it's nucleus is in another cell (in Cell Lab, not real world))

There's another easy solution, if you do the maze top-down instead of bottom-up it is extremely easy to solve.
