Re: Tested challenges and tutorial
About the challenge difficulty, can anyone sort it right?
This is how I understand, is it true?
Undergrad-Easy
PhD- Difficult
Mad Scientist- Very Difficult
Superhuman AI- Impossible
If it's true, shouldn't there be something between PhD and undergrad that means moderate difficulty? Because I saw a lot of challenges are PhD even though it's not that hard.

I think that topic deserves it's own thread
Yes, I agree that a level between Undergrad and PhD would make sense and while I've suggested some names for such new difficulty none really would stick.

Perfection hasnt reached me yet, but its trying hard!

Glad that someone agree. I'm not good with names and term so , I'll leave for someone that's capable to do so.

Re: Tested challenges and tutorial
@Megathosto14, yes it is the correct ordering. I think it's already hard as it is to differentiate between 4 different difficulty levels. If there was a too big difference between undergrad and phd I would rather mark more challenges as phd and mark some of the phd as mad scientist and so forth. I've made a suggestion for different (hopefully more evenly distributed and consistent) difficulties here:

Re: Tested challenges and tutorial
I really loved "Population Bottleneck", "Stimulus", "Colors", & "Moss IVF", those challenges were the best! I wish "Nanobot" was a bit easier..
Re: Tested challenges and tutorial
Glad you enjoyed them!
Nanobot is one of those that are not supposed to be easy but give your brain a true workout in order to find a solution

47: Balloons can now be solved without Neurocytes since there are other, non-signal substance stimuli the Buoyocyte can react to. Would you consider that an issue?

Re: Tested challenges and tutorial
Im guessing most people would try to use neurocytes anyways, i thnk it is fine. Tanks for letting me know though.
