I just downloaded Cell Lab to my other phone, and after scrolling down the challenges, the Balloons challenge was already completed (but still locked). It just says challenge completed in green text just even before I start..
Is this behavior natural, to have Balloons Challenge as a free pass..?

Locked, but completed happens when you upgrade from regular to beta, because they added new challenges that unlock things. But balloons? I don't know about that.

You'll want to increase/decrease the Buoyocyte's density.
