I always use this formula to complete the Deception :

M1 : Phagocyte ch1 = M2 ch2 = M3 Make Adhesin
M2 : Flagellocyte Split Max speed below 0.13
M3 : Phagocyte ch1 = M4 ch2 = M5 Make' Adhesin
M4 : Secrocyte food secretion Split Max
M5 : Phagocyte ch1 = M6 ch2 = M7 Make' Adhesin
M6 : Glueocyte Split Max
M7 : Phagocyte ch1 = M7 ch2 = M1

Is glueocyte really needed to complete the challenge? It seems that glueocyte only sticks to other cell and makes swimming more awkward. I completed the challenge using devorocyte instead of glueocyte (takes a bit of luck, though).
