M1 devorocyte, splits M2, M2.
M2 devorocyte, splits M3, M4.
M3 stemocyte, path 1 M1, activated with S1, (a if concentration...) B=1, C=0.01
M4 senseocyte, detects red cells, output 5.00, color threshold 0.22
Scatter 25 M1 devorocytes randomly around the substrate, set to incubate, and wait.
M2 devorocyte, splits M3, M4.
