Tap on a random cell of the worm and open the genome tab. Then go to edit M1 and set it to the initial cell. Then you can put it everywhere you want.

I don't know, my file explorer in my phone don't recognise .substrate file as a Cell Lab file, so I can't test it myself. Try making each cell mode the initial and you will find out.
