Amoeba
Re: Amoeba
My bad
, the final version will prevent them sticking to one another. I hadn't seen how much it happens.

Re: Amoeba
The glueocyte addition is really nice, its like a lisosome that recycle used organelles
. You are going to make a video??
.
Well of course there will be that guy that will say this doesnt look like an amoeba
, Cell Lab organism are made to mimic certain functions real life organisms have, not to copy them. They will argue like in the cases of sexually reproducing organisms, plant-like organism, or like that time someone called Alast's Trilobite a beetle
. Its ok I think, besides the suggestion about amoeboid organism is pretty popular right?

Currently resides in Showcase of Our Creations . Have you realized how many
you killed everytime you press the sterilize button? You monster !

Re: Amoeba
It is a popular request. Ameboid is better. Yeah, there might be some critics, but it is working out well at this point.
Yeah, I thought resorption via Glueocyte was a nice touch. The Glueocyte is no longer exposed: it is inside the ring, sort of like an organ. And... no longer using any Photocytes except for the ones that the Stemocytes become: now it's a nutrient based organism instead of a Frankenstein plant.

Re: Amoeba
I made the 1st original amoeba peerfecter it has stronger shape but... over reproducing

Re: Amoeba
Peerfecter... typo?
I don't follow. We don't want the amoeba to have a more rigid shape. Part of the idea of an amoeba is that it changes shape, and it needs a weak shape to do that.

Re: Amoeba
Wait there are 2 different type of stereocyte in your paremecium, we can use one of them to have self avoiding ability like this: https://www.dropbox.com/s/t1t0abwewfyoh ... trate?dl=0C4pung wrote:That giant 36-celled bacteria is amazing!!. Its not only a predator, but also omnidirectional. There is comment on youtube asking about a deathstar-like organism and I think this fits the case. Does it reproduce?
I dont think this thread is exclusively for amoebas, maybe more like (mostly huge) multi-celled organisms that mimics real life microorganisms. I redone my paramecium :
https://www.dropbox.com/s/eh5r9l42yc0pz ... trate?dl=0
And I kinda like organisms with alot of flagellocytes so I try to make a serpent out of it (which kinda failed). I named in Skyfish because it looks like the mythological creature of the same name. Check it out on google![]()

And lastly I think this paramecium kinda mimics Alast's Trilobite abit so this one reproduce by fission to give it a twist. The shape is kinda... blehI dont know how to keep their adhesin without interfering with its reproduction

I think I might be able to make one with sexual reproduction with pseudo"conjugation bridge".

Re: Amoeba
Great! It`s really cool
Re: Amoeba
I really like the amoebas and the giant bacteria. Too bad the bacteria cant reproduce

Are complex creatures too advanced for you to understand?
Well, let me flood you with them.
