Stomach Swimmer
Re: Stomach Swimmer
You're right, I should get rid of that, but there's another issue: the organisms sometimes touch each other's vulnerable cells with their secrocytes, and this tends to end in the death of some of them. I could make them avoid eachother to make these encounters happen less frequently. To do this, since the secrocytes and the flagella are the same colour, I decided that I could turn these senseocytes into colour-sensitive stereocytes.
EDIT: I remembered that the stereocytes could also detect the colour of the organism itself

Re: Stomach Swimmer
Make the Stereocyte's color (the cell-detecting one) unique so that it can only detect it's own colour. This way, it'll avoid others when they detect other's Stereocyte.

Re: Stomach Swimmer
Two different-colored Stereocytes perhaps?

Re: Stomach Swimmer
If both Stereocytes have the same color, they'll lower the signals instead of amplifying them.

Re: Stomach Swimmer
They will both produce positive and negative S1 due to detection of each other. S1 positive and S1 negative cancels each other and the overdue positive/negative S1 is added to the Food Navigation. This hinders the full functionality of the Food Navigation System.
