When i open the file it just opens a generic substrate with no stuff of any kind... weird

i created a parisite for the sea monkeye and how tge parisites spread is by a flagellocyte attached to the egg. The problem is that whilst the infector is traveling, the egg already splits before it has a chance to infect another monkey. Here is the sample. I hope someone can help
