Downloading genomes

Someone please help me, I don't know how to download genomes or substrates (Android tablet). I use FX (file manager). I tried ALOT of things like searching my entire tablet for a cell lab folder, looking though the game itself, and asking google. None of these helped, this is my last option and since people here seem to know how to download, please help me!

All you have to do is open a File Explorer and open that downloaded genome/substrate with Cell Lab.

If the file is a '.bin' file, recall if you downloaded a substrate or a genome and just change it into 'name.substrate' or 'name.genome'..

EDIT:
There's no file where genomes and substrate of Cell Lab can be found..

Make sure they are in the Downloads folder. Maybe they are downloaded to some other folder
