Here's one I did today that is a lot of fun:

Solve "Flat Earth" with only one flagellocyte in your organism.

Macrophages V:No bending organism to make them just move in a circle.
Decimation:No Devorocyte.
Seed:No Lipocyte.
Sunlight:No Flagellocyte.
Predator:No Lipocyte,Completely sterlize(No inintal cells).
Move it:No mitotic propultion.
Desert:Minium salinty,minium nitrates.
Extermination:No sensing cells(Senseocytes/Sterocytes) but glueocytes and neurocytes.
Distermination:No using disign and variations in Extermination.
Digestion III:No Keratinocytes and Lipocytes.
