Obstacle Course

Well, that was more to say -- let loose, experiment, just try stuff. But, yeah, I'm sold on the idea. I can make them too, right? I'm thinking of self-similar mazes where you repeatedly go through the same pattern of turns but you can never get to the end.

Doing an obstacle course, especially a difficult one, is a pain in the ass without a "Reset" button.

Hey, cool idea! This could be useful for a new early challenge. We've added lot's of new hard challenges to the end of the game but most users don't make it that far so adding a more "arcade game"-like challenge in he beginning could be fun .

Yeah, this definitely has a strong potential for user appeal. Even the easy courses are fun! And there are a lot of possibilities. For example, I created a course with moving obstacles: a Glueocyte-Flagellocyte swimmer that goes in circles. Falling obstacles with gravity and density might be possible. Etc..

Re: appeal factor -- Last night I created a video using Alast's course , and it's gotten a lot of "likes" for the amount of time it's been up.

Petter, if you like, we can put our heads together to create a series of Obstacle Course challenges to through into the game. Do you have advanced capabilities to put together substrates that we don't have like the possibility to remove cells? That would be very handy for this task.

One obstacle course challenge would be cool but I don't think we should have more, it's not really the type of challenge cell lab is advertised to be about in play store. Maybe some bio-inspired obstacle course would be possible? Unfortunately I don't have any better tool for making challenges. I just make challenges the same way as you . Would it be possible to have some cells that you could kill with a virus to remove them while developing?
