Finally! One cell. Under a minute. Took me long enough.
Made a bouy/nitro/phago that switched from float to sink (or sink to float) every time it reproduced. This kept me from wasting too many cells on collisions with the sides of the dish.

Hint: You don't have to have to have a Nitrocyte be a cell in your floater / sinker.
