M1 Glueocyte, split to M2 and M3
M2 Glueocyte, never split
M3 Glueocyte, split to M4 and M3
M4 Nitrocyte, never split

Remember every cell must have:
Split Mass of 1.53 ng
High Nutrient Priority
Max Adhesin Length
Max Adhesin Stiffness
